The room is surprisingly decorated and the atmosphere is perfect 🎈

The hotel enjoys a prime location, just 5 minutes from Exit D of Gangxia Subway Station. Nestled in the heart of Shenzhen's Futian CBD, it's surrounded by vibrant and bustling surroundings, offering a vibrant urban experience. The room was well-designed and furnished, creating a pleasant surprise for the birthday person. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the space was spacious, bright, and warm. Initially, we deducted some points due to a slight odor of cigarette smoke in the assigned room and floor, as well as cracks in the bathtub tile.

But what impressed me most was the attentive, professional, and enthusiastic service provided by the staff, Jossce. She proactively addressed a minor hiccup during our stay. After I shared the issue, she responded quickly, immediately coordinating a different room, arranging an upgrade, re-arranging the room, and providing a late check-out. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even personally sending the birthday person a blessing and a small surprise. The entire process was efficient and thoughtful, and we didn't have to go to the lobby to change our room card. She truly catered to every request.

As for dining and amenities, the breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was authentic. The gym room was well-equipped, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of the Shenzhen cityscape at night.

Jossce's service was truly satisfying, and the overall stay was a home-away-from-home experience. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel in the future!
