Attentive Service:
The staff are very professional and enthusiastic, proactively guiding guests through check-in. However, there is still a slight gap compared to the nearby St. Regis.
High-Quality Dining:
Yincheng: Located in the southern part of the hotel, this Chinese restaurant features a first-floor main hall and a multifunctional room, along with six elegant VIP private rooms on the second floor.
Qian: Situated on the 5th floor, this Western restaurant offers a variety of imported premium meats, seafood, and vegetable ingredients.
Yishang: A charming and elegant lobby lounge on the 5th floor, serving specialty afternoon tea, a selection of fine teas, exquisite international snacks, signature cocktails, and various fine wines.
Huai: The outdoor Huai Bar on the 5th floor provides outdoor barbecue and evening bar services.
/The afternoon tea and happy hour at the Executive Lounge are noteworthy. The breakfast is also very abundant, though it can get a bit crowded; arriving early can help avoid queues./
Expansive Views:
The guest rooms are spacious (starting at about 50㎡), with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Shenzhen Bay or the cityscape. The rooms are indeed quite wide, and the bay view rooms are very bright, even during typhoon weather.
