The Shibata Castle Ruins

#cherryblossom25 A beautiful and ancient small piece of Japanese history that has been preserved very well over the years. It is one of the smallest castles located in Japan. The castle is absolutely beautiful, especially during cherry blossom season in spring and when the leaves turn colors in fall. You can tour the inside for free, and the greeting staff are always friendly and helpful.The workers also will give you a very informative tour of the castle grounds.
