1. Longxing Temple: The ancient buildings are well-preserved, the area is large, and the carvings are exquisite. It is worthy of being one of the top ten temples in China.
2. Rongguo Mansion: A product related to "Dream of the Red Chamber", a peripheral attraction that is somewhat similar but not quite the same, with a small area, and one of the filming locations for the TV series. There is a "Dream of the Red Chamber" cosplay performance in the evening.
3. Linji Temple: One of the ancestral temples of Zen Buddhism, open to the public for free. The Chengling Pagoda is also well-preserved, and the temple is clean and tidy.
4. Other temples: After buying a ticket to enter each temple, there is only an ancient pagoda (Hua Pagoda, Sumeru Pagoda, Lingxiao Pagoda) in the entire courtyard, and the relics are well-preserved.
5. Food: Zhengding Eight Bowls is slightly different from Xunxian Eight Bowls, but the eight meat and eight vegetarian dishes are also delicious; Zhen Ding Hao's ribs are very ordinary, very dry, purely an internet-famous restaurant, and very expensive, not worth visiting at all; Shaomai, donkey meat fire, and Chen Hezi noodles are all good, a good meal.
PS: I visited several places in Hebei and felt that the common problem is the lack of commercialization in cultural tourism. There are many cultural sites, but there are too few attractions that have been fully commercially developed.
