The top Japanese-style hot spring hotel in Shirahama, Wakayama

Hamachidorinoyu Kaishu, located in Shirahama Onsen Village, Wakayama, can be said to be one of the famous top Japanese hot spring hotels in Shirahama Onsen Village.

At the Check-in counter, you can choose your favorite yukata to wear in the hotel. The room I booked has a private hot spring, but there is also an open-air bath for mixed bathing for men and women in the hotel with a super beautiful view. You can soak in the hot spring while watching the sea. In the mixed bath here, both men and women must wear special "bath clothes" provided by the hotel. In addition, there are three private open-air baths outdoors, and of course there is a large public bath. After soaking in the hot spring, there is a freezer with popsicles and Yakult next to it, which are provided free of charge.

The dinner for one night and two meals is a kaiseki-style course meal served at the restaurant. The meal is very rich, with appetizers, seafood boats, main courses with lobster or wagyu beef to choose from, and desserts. After 10pm, the restaurant in the lobby provides free ramen as a midnight snack. You can choose Japanese or Western style breakfast.
