🇯🇵 Shirakawa-go is not just about cottages, but also about magnificent rivers and mountains🏞️🏔️

I went to Shirakawa-go at the end of March and it was still full of snow❄️ It snowed a few days ago, so the snow was still very thick, but it was already 21 degrees when I got there⛄️ I had planned to see the cherry blossoms, but of course I couldn’t see them🥹🌸

I have been to Shirakawa-go once before in winter, and all I remember was small cottages covered in snow! This time I found that there is a beautiful river further away, which is clear and transparent blue-green 🩵✨ Walking to the bridge, there are magnificent mountains. At that time, it was still a snowy mountain with many withered tree trunks, which was very spectacular 🏔️
