Shiyan's National Day stay is perfect! This city center hotel offers a gentle blend of mountains, water, and fireworks.

During the National Day holiday in Shiyan, choosing the right hotel can truly double your trip's enjoyment! I stumbled upon the Four Seasons International Hotel, which turned out to be a real bonus! ✨

📍 The location is incredibly thoughtful.

The hotel is located at 48 Tianjin Road, right in the heart of the city's commercial and university districts. Drivers are delighted—the hotel has a large parking lot with charging stations, so you never have to worry about battery life. High-speed rail and flights are also conveniently located, with the high-speed rail station and expressway exit a 15-minute drive away, and the airport a 25-minute drive.

Best of all, it's conveniently located for everything: Wudang Mountain is just a 30-minute drive away, and the "Wudang Dream" light and shadow show and drone performance during the National Day holiday are truly worth seeing. When you're tired of shopping and head back to the city, it's just a few minutes' taxi ride to Wuyan Pedestrian Street for snacks. There are also plenty of local restaurants across the street.

🏨 The room details hit the spot

As a light sleeper, I absolutely rave about the soundproofing! Closing the door completely shuts out outside noise. The sheets and duvet cover have a subtle fragrance, and the queen-size bed is just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The room is spacious, with a separate wet and dry bathroom that provides quick hot water, and a small refrigerator for chilling drinks. There's even room for all the snacks and skincare products I brought for my National Day holiday trip.

In the evening, opening the floor-to-ceiling windows, I can see the city lights gradually light up. The welcome fruit provided by the hotel instantly melts away most of the travel fatigue.

🍜 The food and beverage service is heartwarming.

I was incredibly well-fed during my stay! The breakfast buffet is a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, with warming hot dry noodles, soy milk and fried dough sticks, and fresh bread and cakes. It was the perfect start to the day. I was also surprised that a robot brought goodnight porridge to my room that evening—a truly thoughtful touch.

Want to try some local flavors? The hotel restaurant serves authentic Yunyang Sanhe Tang, allowing you to savor the local delicacies without having to go out of your way to eat. Don't worry if you forgot your skincare products; the front desk provides free supplies. Laundry and ironing services also make outfitting a breeze.

📝 National Day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Check in to the hotel → Visit Sifangshan Ecological Park → Snack at Wuyan Pedestrian Street

2. Day 2: 30 minutes from the hotel to Wudang Mountain → Watch the "Wudang Dream" performance and fireworks show → Return to the hotel for rest

3. Day 3: Visit the "Wen Wudang" digital living room → Experience afternoon tea at the hotel → Grab some Wudang mandarin oranges before returning

This trip to Shiyan was half about the stunning scenery and culture, and half about the comfort and ease of this hotel. Such a great value, I'll definitely stay here again next time! 📍
