I went to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine.
Kunozan Toshogu Shrine is the foundation of all Toshogu Shrines in Japan, which worship Tokugawa Ieyasu as its deity.
It is the first Toshogu Shrine in Japan to worship Ieyasu, and is designated as a national treasure.
After climbing the 1,159 stone steps, I looked back and saw an ocean view! I could see the whole city along with the sea.
It seems that you can also get there by ropeway from Nihon-daira.
Next time I would like to try the ropeway as well.
Please go there too!
On the way back, I bought a lot of strawberries for jam at Strawberry Road ♪ Please also go to Strawberry Road, which is famous for strawberry picking!
