Anhui Chu Culture Museum: The "Strongest County-Level Museum" in History

🙆Visiting museums has become a new trend in cultural tourism, offering the most intuitive way to understand and experience a place. It's hard to imagine that the Anhui Chu Culture Museum in Shouxian, the only museum in China named after "Chu Culture," is actually just a county-level museum, yet it is a National First-Class Museum.

🏤Shouxian Ancient City, an ancient capital with a history of more than 2,000 years, has the best-preserved ancient city wall in China. It is the birthplace of the idiom "every tree and bush looks like an enemy," bearing a rich history. The Chu Culture Museum, just a few kilometers away, can unveil more than two thousand years of this history for you.

⛺Main attractions:
1️⃣The exhibition consists of three parts: "Anhui Chu Culture," "History of Shouxian Civilization," and "Shouchun Shou Culture."

2️⃣The architectural design features "Square City Construction" and "Jingchu High Platform" to fully reflect the elements of Shouzhou Ancient City.

3️⃣The Chu Dading at the entrance is the largest circular bronze tripod existing in China. The "National Public Sacrifice Tripod" is cast according to the shape of this tripod.

4️⃣The collection of bronzes and Chu gold coins is a major feature of the museum's collection, with a total of 195 Chu gold coins accumulated into a gold mountain.

5️⃣Here are also the treasures of the museum: the Sword of King Goujian of Yue, the Ram-Headed Zun, the Xi Shou Ding, Chu gold coins, the "Yingzhou Kaiyuan Temple Bronze Bell" of the Tang Dynasty, and the "Golden Coffin and Relic" of the Northern Song Dynasty.
