Anhui Shouxian Ancient City has many highlights, detailed introduction as follows:

- Historical buildings: The Shouzhou Ancient City Wall is a nationally protected cultural relic, rebuilt during the Song Dynasty, with a circumference of 7,147 meters and a height of 9.7 meters, serving both defense and flood control functions. The city wall has four gates; except for the South Gate leading to Feimen, the other three gates' barbicans are well preserved, and unique water conservancy facilities such as the moon dam are also set up. The Bao'en Temple, originally built during the Tang Dynasty's Zhenguan period, is a famous temple in the Jianghuai region. Inside the temple's Mahavira Hall are eighteen Arhats from the Qing Dynasty, each with distinct and vivid forms. The Confucian Temple complex from the Yuan Dynasty covers about 20,000 square meters, where visitors can admire Confucian culture.

- Cultural sites: Shouxian is the ancient battlefield of the Battle of Fei River. Standing on the city wall, you can overlook the ancient battlefield site and feel the atmosphere of the classic battle where the few defeated the many. In addition, there are many other sites such as the Chu State capital ruins and Anfeng City ruins, preserving rich cultural relics and precious archaeological information.

- Museum collections: The Anhui Chu Culture Museum is the only museum in the country named after "Chu Culture," holding the qualification of a national first-class museum. It houses over 10,000 cultural relics, including more than 700 sets related to Chu culture and 230 sets of national first-class cultural relics, allowing visitors to appreciate the profound charm of Chu culture.

- Folk culture: Shouxian is the birthplace of tofu. In 2017, the traditional tofu-making technique of Shouxian was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list. Visitors can experience the entire tofu-making process in Daqian Village, Bagongshan Township. In addition, intangible cultural heritage projects such as Zhengyangguan elbow pavilion and raised pavilion, known as "aerial ballet" and "silent drama," as well as the improvised lyrical singing "Huagu Lantern," showcase the unique local folk customs.
