Ins Hotel Siem Reap - Sarai Resort & Spa Siem Reap

The pool does have a Moroccan-style feel, and the corridor design is also quite nice. After checking it out, we went to eat and returned to pick up our luggage. A waiter asked if we wanted to shower and change clothes. They immediately opened a spa room for us. 👍🏼

However, the rooms at this hotel are small and dimly lit, making it difficult to even put on makeup. At night, only a few small lights were on in the room. There were only two outlets near the bed, one of which was used as a bedside lamp.

The service was average. I mistakenly booked a twin-bed room. I emailed them over two months before my trip asking for help changing it. However, their response rate was extremely slow. I sent several emails but received no reply.

P.S. If you want a bathtub, don't book a twin-bed room.
