Koh Rong during Rainy Season

Took a chance on Koh Rong 🌴🌧️

The weather app said rain all week, but I decided to go anyway — left Phnom Penh, took a van, then a 40-minute ferry... and it was so worth it.

Luckily, the rain held off and I got a perfect, quiet beach day. Koh Rong’s beaches are stunning — soft sand, turquoise water, and barely any crowds. Unlike the busy shores of Thailand, here you can actually have the beach all to yourself.
