#springitinerary There’s something special about visiting POCHA!’s Suntec outlet during the day — especially when you get a seat by the floor-to-ceiling windows with a clear, calming view of the Fountain of Wealth. It’s bright, breezy, and makes for such a relaxing lunch break. We’ve been here a few times, and every visit gives us another reason to return.
They’ve got a rotating menu of Korean regional dishes that changes daily, and we’ve slowly been trying them all. Some favourites? The Jjajangmyeon is an easy comfort pick — springy noodles in a thick, savoury black bean sauce that never disappoints. The Stir-fried Octopus is flavourful with a spicy kick, perfect if you love something with a bit more heat.
The Sundubu Jjigae is another go-to — soft tofu stew bubbling away in a rich, mildly spicy broth, especially comforting on rainy days. The Gukbap surprised us too: a hearty rice soup in a collagen-rich broth that’s been simmered for 12 hours, full of depth and warmth. On seafood days, we had the Seafood Kalguksu — hand-cut noodles in a light, savoury broth packed with clams and prawns, super slurp-worthy.
We also got to try the Rose Tteokbokki, which came in the cutest heart and star shapes, coated in a creamy, mildly spicy sauce — a fun and tasty twist. Honestly, there hasn’t been a dish we didn’t like.
After eating, we tried our luck at their claw machine game (part of their current promo). It’s a small touch, but a fun way to end the meal — especially when you win something.
If you're looking for a spot with comforting Korean food, a chill vibe, and one of the best dining views in town, this POCHA!’s outlet is it. Just don’t be surprised if you end up staying longer than planned.
