Adventures and animal spotting in Rainforest Wild Asia

Its the latest addition to the existing parks under Mandai Wildlife Reserve!

The concept is different from that of a zoo (where the animals are right in front of you). You have to spot the animals who may be camoflaged and/or resting under the shade in their enclosure. I think there is a higher chance of spotting them if you take the Forest Trek.

While younger children may enjoy the Singapore Zoo more, tweens and teens may prefer Rainforest Wild due to the adventure elements. There is a rock wall, bouncy net and canopy jump.

The (man-made) caves with some small animals were also very interesting. I was definitely freaked out by the scorpions and snakes!
