Review of dining at Bacha Coffee in MBS Singapore 🍽

From steak to dessert, a perfect meal paired with white wine

One of the most anticipated places during my trip to Singapore was Bacha Coffee located inside Marina Bay Sands (MBS)!
With an interior full of Moroccan vibes and a subtle coffee aroma,
the moment I stepped in, I thought, "Wow, this place must be something special."

This time, I didn’t just have coffee but enjoyed the full dining menu—
from steak to croissants, salad, pudding, and even white wine…
it was truly a perfect meal.

🥩 Main Dish: Steak

Let me start with the steak.
I ordered it medium-rare, and it was juicy and tender.
The outside was crispy, the inside moist and perfectly cooked, and the accompanying potatoes and sauce were excellent.
Honestly, I didn’t expect such steak quality at a coffee specialty shop!

🥗 Tuna Salad

The tuna salad I ordered as an appetizer was also very satisfying.
Fresh vegetables topped with thick pieces of tuna, and the dressing wasn’t overpowering, allowing the natural flavor of the tuna to shine.
It was clean and refreshing, pairing well with the steak.

🥐 Side & Dessert: Croissant & Pudding

You can’t talk about Bacha Coffee without mentioning the croissant.
The perfect crispy outside and soft inside! Served warm, the buttery aroma filled my mouth.
The pudding was sweet but not overwhelming.
It was a sophisticated dessert and the perfect finish.

🍷 A Glass of White Wine

What perfectly complemented the food was a glass of white wine.
Its refreshing acidity and clean finish went really well with the steak and salad.
With the atmosphere added, it felt like I was not in Singapore but somewhere in Europe.
