📍I picked up the SIM card at Terminal 4 of Changi Airport because I arrived there. The SIM exchange counter is right next to the airport exit door, at the first counter. Then, show the QR code to the staff and have your passport ready. They will register it for you, and you just need to swap the SIM card to start using it immediately.
