Your Ultimate Guide to Free Dining on the Genting Dream (with Photos!)

This time my friends 👭🏼 and I went on a 3D2N mini luxury trip aboard the Genting Dream, sailing from Singapore to Malacca — and it was amazing! 🇸🇬🇲🇾
On this ship, it’s basically eat-play-relax-repeat non-stop. There are 4️⃣ free restaurants on board, and the best part is: unlimited food, unlimited refills — as much as you want!

🌟 Breakfast
📍 Deck 7, Lower Level – The Dream Dining Room (Chinese)
Mostly dim sum for breakfast. The taste was… okay, nothing special. Service could be better, though.
📍 Deck 16 – The Lido Buffet
Breakfast choices were incredible — rice, noodles, buns, congee, Western breakfast, waffles, fried snacks, bread… literally everything you can think of!

🌟 Lunch
📍 Deck 8, Upper Level – The Dream Dining Room (Western)
Order a main dish first, then head to the buffet counter for French desserts, fruits, soups, salads, bread… so fancy and totally Instagram-worthy!

🌟 Dinner
📍 Deck 5 – Dream Dining Room (International Buffet)
Western, French, Italian, Malay, Indian — all in one place! Unlimited drinks, elegant setting, great vibes. The staff were super nice and even helped us take photos.
📍 Deck 7, Lower Level – The Dream Dining Room (Chinese)
Our favorite meal of the whole trip! Every dish was so good we went back for seconds (and thirds!). Just be prepared to wait in line a bit.

🌟 Afternoon Tea
📍 Deck 16 – The Lido Buffet
Fried rice, noodles, snacks, sandwiches, baguettes, desserts… perfect if you’re staying on board in the afternoon. Don’t miss it!

📌 Final Thoughts
Everything — food, drinks, entertainment — is included in the ticket price. Such a great deal! During these three days and two nights, we were never hungry. We just played, ate, rested, and repeated — total bliss. Can’t wait to go again!
