Outstanding Stay at Mandarin Oriental Singapore

Five stars just aren't sufficient! Our eight-night stay surpassed all expectations from start to finish. Exceptional service began the moment we chose to stay at the hotel. Facing problems while booking online, we contacted the hotel directly and were assisted by Ms. Joey Loo. She went above and beyond to secure the room package we wanted (despite tight reservations due to Singapore’s National Day), guided us through Fans of MO benefits, and even notified us of rate drops. Meeting her upon our arrival and again at departure was a delight, showcasing the consistently warm hospitality that defined our stay, whether at the front desk, pool, restaurant, or with housekeeping. Our hotel experience is described only with glowing terms—warm service, stylish decor in both public spaces (the renovated atrium is stunning) and rooms, delicious food at the incredibly large breakfast, and an ultra-comfortable room with a powerful rain shower. We opted for a Marina Bay view room, overlooking downtown and the Marina Bay Hotel and Shopping Mall. The drama of that view alone justified our visit, but coupled with the human touch of remarkable service, it defined a perfect hotel experience. Additionally, we want to highlight the dedicated, professional service of Grace, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with the warmest smile and service so tailored to our wishes. Kudos, Mandarin Oriental Singapore. You will always be our home in Singapore.
