Outstanding Culinary Journey at Embu (Melt Café)
The breakfast and dinner buffet at embu (the hotel’s all-day dining, formerly Melt Café) exceeded all expectations. It truly feels like an around-the-world culinary tour. The Indian section, with fresh, hot naan prepared à la minute and perfectly spiced curries, was a particular highlight. I was also deeply impressed by the freshness of the seafood counter—the shucked oysters and chilled lobsters were incredibly sweet and delicious. Beyond the food quality, the garden-style dining room is beautiful and the service staff were proactively attentive, constantly clearing plates and ensuring our satisfaction without needing to be called over.
