Honest Review of Lotte Resort Sokcho – Expansive Ocean Views and Relaxing Moments

Upon arriving in Sokcho, I headed straight to Lotte Resort, and it exceeded my expectations. After checking in at the front desk and entering the room, I was greeted by a stunning view of the East Sea through the large window. This ocean view alone made half of the trip a success.

The resort offers both hotel-style and condo-style rooms, providing a wide range of options. The interiors were spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was soft, and the bedding was in excellent condition. With a fully equipped kitchen, it’s especially convenient for families who want to prepare simple meals.

Within the resort, there’s a water park, swimming pool, and fitness center, ensuring there’s never a dull moment even if you spend the entire day indoors. The rooftop infinity pool, in particular, offers a breathtaking view where the sea and sky seem to meet.

Breakfast is served buffet-style, and while the selection isn’t extensive, the dishes were well-prepared and satisfying. Nearby attractions like Sokcho Beach, Daepo Port, and Seoraksan Mountain make it an excellent base for sightseeing.

This resort is highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the bustling city and enjoy a relaxing getaway.
