Than Bo Home is a cutely decorated coffee shop with a vintage vibe. Every drink on the menu is delicious, and the desserts are homemade by the owner, which rotate regularly. The drinks and desserts are rich and delicious, and well worth the price. This is another place you should definitely visit if you're in Songkhla's old town.

P.S. The shop is quite small, so you might have to wait in line.
