Located in a Chinatown alley in Kuala Lumpur, Merchant's Lane has a narrow and inconspicuous entrance, but once inside, you'll be greeted by a unique atmosphere, with vintage interiors and plants. It's a popular spot for tourists, thanks to its numerous photo opportunities.

We ordered the curry chicken pasta and pancakes. The pasta had a subtle curry flavor and the chicken was tender, making it a comfortable and filling meal. The pancakes were fluffy and complemented the sweet toppings perfectly. The iced latte was rich and refreshing.

Be aware that weekends are crowded, so expect long waits and longer preparation times. Prices are a bit higher than local cafes, but considering the atmosphere and quality of the food, it's not a huge deal.
