Depart from Nanjing! A truly secluded ancient village.

After work, I always want to escape the crowd. In the crowd, I am a traveler being pushed forward. Outside the crowd, I can briefly meet myself.

I have always been obsessed with finding a place of peace. It wasn't until I came to Songyang that I truly felt the charm of Jiangnan. The fatigue of life was left behind, leaving only the beautiful scenery and the sound of insects and birds.
This place was rated as the "last secret place in Jiangnan" by National Geographic. It is an ancient village with a history of more than 600 years, surrounded by mountains. The unique natural scenery and cultural landscape relax my body and mind.

⭐️Yangjiatang Village
The two hundred-year-old couple trees at the entrance of the village are majestic and full of vitality. It is also one of the popular photo spots. The layered houses are looming in the mountain fog. Take a walk in the village and enjoy a cup of "village coffee" at Wangshu Coffee or Nanshe Coffee. This is the life of a paradise on earth.

⭐️Shangtian Village
Shangtian Village, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, should be the hidden place mentioned in the book. The village is small, sparsely populated, and has no strong commercial atmosphere. Streams, ancient roads, and ginkgo trees form a peaceful and harmonious picture. It is very suitable for relaxing, savoring the scenery of the village, and enjoying the rare relaxing time.

1️⃣About 10 km from Songyang County, mainly mountain roads, drive safely.

⭐️Youtian Village
Youtian Village is built on the mountain with earth walls and black tiles. Walking through the bamboo forest behind the village, you feel isolated from the world. The warm and healing Wuxin Academy is a hidden treasure in the village. It is not only a good place for taking photos, but also for reading books and drinking coffee. You can also experience traditional handicrafts such as tea dyeing, woodblock New Year pictures, and thread-bound books.
🏠This time I stayed at Youtian Huakai Homestay in the village. Each room is different, but everywhere is the best viewing spot. The life of the ancient village is also full of flavor. You can try coffee, tea, and desserts at Niulan Coffee, taste authentic rural flavors at Wang Songtang Restaurant, or attend a lively bonfire party, conduct astronomical observations under professional guidance, and enjoy the rare rural night sky.
