The Sky Bar "Henshin" at The Westin Jakarta opens at 5 PM and is open until midnight (2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays). If you go right when it opens and it's not fully booked, you can get a seat with a beautiful view of the sunset. The area is surrounded by high-rise condominiums and shopping malls, giving the impression that many foreigners stay here for both short and long terms. The prices for food and drinks offer excellent value compared to other countries.
