To reach the Monasterio de La Recoleta in Sucre, you have a few easy options:

Walking: From Plaza 25 de Mayo, head southeast along Avenida 6 de Octubre, turn left onto Calle Dalence, and continue for about 5–10 minutes.

Taxi: Taxis are available throughout Sucre. A ride from the city center usually costs around 10–15 Bolivianos. Just ask for "La Recoleta."

Shared taxi (collectivo): Look for one heading to La Recoleta or ask the driver. Fare is about 2–3 Bolivianos.

Bus: Some local buses go nearby. Fare is around 1 Boliviano.
