This memorial museum uses the Steel Museum, which was an exhibition facility at the Osaka Expo held in 1970.
You can see the "Golden Face" that was installed at the top of the Tower of the Sun during the Expo, as well as videos from that time.
It was fun just looking at the interior of the building, let alone the exhibits.
It may be a minor presence compared to the Ethnological Museum (Minpaku) and the Japan Folk Crafts Museum, but you can experience the origins of the Expo and take a trip to a past you never knew existed. Please go and check it out!
Admission fee: 500 yen (separate admission fee to the park)
