Located in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, in central Taiwan (approximately 748 meters above sea level), this is the largest lake in Taiwan and is not far from Taichung.

⏰ Opening Hours / Travel Information

Travel: From Taichung, you can take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle bus (or local/intercity buses), which takes about 1-1.5 hours.

From Taipei, there are direct buses that take around 4 hours. If you're planning a day trip, make sure to plan well as the journey is quite long.

But it's definitely worth visiting because it's truly beautiful!
