Wat Pa Lelai Worawihan, Suphan Buri Province ð is a major temple in the province and a must-visit tourist attraction for those visiting to pay respects and make merit. The main highlight is the enormous Luang Pho To (Luang Pho Pang Pa Lelai) statue inside the viharn. Murals depicting the story of Khun Chang Khun Phaen surround the viharn, and the Khun Chang compound, built in the style of a traditional wooden house, is also located. There's also a must-see market selling local products, a pavilion for Luang Pho Thir, and a monument to Khun Phaen and Nang Phim. Most visitors and tourists alike flock to pay their respects to Luang Pho To, a massive 23-meter-tall Buddha statue in the Pa Lelai pose. This stunning U Thong period sculpture is also a must-see. The temple also features beautifully illustrated murals depicting the story of Khun Chang Khun Phaen, accompanied by accompanying explanations.
Entrance is free for Thais, with a 20 baht fee for foreigners. Parking is available in the spacious temple parking lot.
