My Least Favorite Hotel

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. It was not bad. I had a bad experience with Westin Jakarta but with Surabaya one was JUST okay. Just sometimes the service was a little slow. What i don’t really like from Westin groups is they don’t provide cotton pads. Sometimes people can be forgetful and forget to bring them. Otherwise, everythig is ok
My partner and i are Marriott Bonvoy’s platinum member. But never even once Westin gave us an upgrade. They said the room were all full but when we saw on the app, there were still empty one. So to conclude, Westin is my LEAST favorite hotel.
Westin Surabaya’s reato was too tiny, when it was breakfast time, it’s too crowded to the point where i lost my appetite.
