Amazing place to have a short vacation with my friends.

The room is very spacious, clean and has a great city view.

Check in and check out were smooth. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The ambience is classic modern with nice outdoor such as garden, tennis court, pool, playground and it keeps the kids well entertained!

The swimming pool are amazing for the kids.

Breakfast super delicious, great spread and the service was extraordinary.

Overall it was a good experience to stay-in at Shangri-La Surabaya as the vibe was so nice to chill.
