The Suzhou Museum is a treasure trove for anyone interested in Chinese art and history. I spent most of my time in the new building, which houses an impressive collection of artifacts. The pottery, jade, paintings, and calligraphy on display are incredible, and they provide a fantastic overview of the region's cultural history. A particular highlight for me was visiting the old building, the Palace of King Zhong, to see the beautiful and elegant 'Su-style painting.' The collection is vast and well-curated, and I left feeling like I had a much deeper understanding of the area's heritage.
