Looking for a hotel where you can truly MOMENT and enjoy half a day in Suzhou? Suzhou Park Shangri-La Hotel is definitely a high score. The hotel is right by Jinji Lake, and it's super convenient to get off the subway. Whether you want to walk around the new shopping mall by the lake, or enjoy a bath gel bubble bath at night! Last time I stayed, I sat in the oversized bathtub to relax and take a bath, looking out the window at the splendid city night view, and simply enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want to leave!

The location of the hotel is really great, 99 Si'an Street, Covenant Plaza, whether by subway (nearby there is a station) or car to Suzhou's popular attractions are very convenient, the surrounding business district super many choices - eating, shopping, relaxing walk is convenient. Golden Chicken Lake, Everyday Life, and Suzhou Center are all within walking distance. If you have enough time, you can also explore the ancient city of Suzhou at the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Scholar's Museum the next day.

The room really impressed me. First of all, the bed is strong and comfortable, the quality of the bed is super high, soundproofing is good enough, the room is large and clean, the decoration is modern and simple, with large glass windows, before going to bed looking at the night view of Suzhou, feel very quiet and comfortable. There is a large bathtub where you can take a bath, and you won't be disturbed if you leave it overnight. The hygiene was done very cleanly, although individual guests said there was room for improvement, but I was satisfied with my stay. The gym has a full set of facilities, and there are many choices for breakfast - both Chinese and Western, perfect for those of you who know how to eat.

Service is one of the biggest selling points here. The hotel front desk and customer relations managers (such as Judy, Cathy, Yvonne) are very attentive, calling in advance to ask you about your arrival time, arranging what room type you want and preparing courteous details. Delicate enough that even the type of pillow you want, special needs will help you get it done, the focus is on heart and professionalism, which feels very humane.

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, the public spaces are very quiet, and the design is simple and generous. Some guests may suggest minor improvements to hygiene and service details, but as long as any problems are mentioned immediately, the hotel will deal with them immediately.
