Suzhou in Autumn|Chrysanthemums in Lion Grove Garden

Walking on the osmanthus-covered stone slabs into Lion Grove Garden, the autumn sunlight is like a soft veil, gently enveloping the dark tiles, white walls, and rugged rock formations. Around the corner, clusters of chrysanthemums stretch toward the light, their pale yellow petal tips touched by delicate warmth, and the light purple flower spikes sway gently in the breeze, filling the air with a sweet fragrance.

Old vines climb the ancient corridor, casting dappled shadows on the bluestone slabs. The chrysanthemums' shadows fall into the crevices of the Taihu stones, as if hiding a whole autumn's tenderness. There's no need to chase the scenery; just sit under the corridor and bask in the sun, watching the petals tremble slightly in the wind. All those trivial fatigues slowly dissolve in this quiet beauty.
