Beng Mealea truly feels like stepping into the world of 'Laputa.' The collapsed corridors, moss-covered stone steps, and entwined trees create a landscape that stirs the spirit of adventure. Allocate at least an hour for your visit.
I visited during the dry season in May, but I’m eager to return during the rainy season. The rain and overcast skies would undoubtedly enhance the mystical atmosphere of the ruins. This was, without a doubt, the most unforgettable experience among all the ruins I’ve visited.
Beng Mealea is a magical space where nature and history blend seamlessly. It’s absolutely worth visiting. Why not add it to your next travel itinerary?
