Taiwan Miso Brewing Cultural Museum 🖌 Taiwan's first miso tourism factory

The Taiwan Miso Brewing Cultural Museum is Taiwan's first tourist miso factory, offering free admission 💰.

I was a little skeptical upon entering the factory because it didn't look like a typical tourist factory. The first floor looked like a storage area for discarded items, but upon closer inspection, I discovered it was full of exhibits, including a ramen stall, flower drums made from miso barrels, small antiques, and oversized miso brewing barrels for photos 📷.

The second floor houses the processing area and sales area 🛒, where the sales staff were very friendly and explained the process.

You can also sign up for a guided tour, where you can learn about the miso-making process, learn some basic knowledge, and even try DIY techniques!
