After playing in Sun Moon Lake, I brought my family to visit Taichung Grassland Plaza. This very special Italian restaurant is where we had lunch, and I want to share with you. It is called MOLINO. Each dish is very special. Let’s talk about the appetizers first. We ordered Florentine stewed tripe, which is fresh tripe with tomatoes, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. The perfect seasoning adds color before the main course! Next is the refreshing bacon and vegetable soup, which is a combination of seasonal vegetables and bacon. It tastes very good! The main courses were the spicy garlic smoked duck breast and wild mushroom spaghetti and the smoked salmon basil pesto cheese pizza. Both were very delicious, and the most important thing is that they were prepared in a unique way with a wonderful taste. You must try them!
