Atmosphere/Facilities: There were no reservations and it wasn't crowded, so I ate ice cream at the restaurant. I've never been in a line when eating outside.
I was able to sit down and relax.
They were doing something like a lemon fair, and the lemon cookies that came with the ice cream were delicious.
I asked the store below if I wanted the cookies that came with the ice cream, but they said they didn't have them at the moment, which was disappointing.
Price per person: Suigetsu Seidai NT$480, service charge, etc.
Reasons why I recommend it: You can choose three ice creams from 13 varieties, and one seasonal ice cream is also included. There are more varieties if you eat outside. You can choose five toppings.
You can't see the view from the upper floors unless you go to the restaurant, so I've been thinking about going there once. The toilets were also spacious!
