[Fuxing Factory] Reviving art and creating new spaces

Fuxing Factory, established in August 2021, is a retro cultural and creative hub nestled in a small alleyway. Originally located on the site of the old factory of Shengxiangtang, a time-honored Taiwanese cosmetics brand, the converted factory has been transformed into a cultural and creative park for over 60 years, having weathered the rise and fall of Taichung's Old Town. Currently, the Qingzhu Design team is responsible for planning, residency, and ongoing development, spearheading a revitalized project. The facility boasts a cafe, dessert shop, flower shop, boutique, DIY metal workshop, hair salon, conference rooms, exhibition space, furniture, and a vinyl record store. A photo booth has also been added, creating a vibrant and innovative cultural and creative space, becoming a new hub for lifestyle aesthetics and creativity in Taichung.
