This hotel, newly opened in March 2022, has a cafe in the lobby, plenty of seating, and comfortable chairs. I initially thought it would be expensive given the gorgeous decor and great atmosphere, but the drinks were surprisingly affordable, and the cakes were under NT$100. 😍
