Wander around Tainan Shennong Street at night and eat Huxuzhong beef soup after shopping

Shennong Street was originally a very old and declining street in Tainan. In recent years, it has developed into a street of art and culture. Both sides of the street are filled with many kinds of handmade and retro cultural and creative styles. Whether you come during the day or at night, there are different styles.

You can stop by a beef soup shop that's open late: Hu Xu Zhong is one, recommended by locals. The beef is divided into grades: superior, patterned, and top-grade. I ordered the patterned beef soup (of course the fattest 🤣), the meat was tender, the soup was clear and not greasy, and I ordered the fried garlic beef, the taste was heavier and oilier, but the garlic was fried until slightly charred and very delicious (good with rice)❤️, it was the first time I had braised pork rice with beef, it was more refreshing than pork, and had more beef flavor😇Eat well and get on the road😻🙌🏻
