Stayed nearby, so I decided to walk over for breakfast early in the morning. Around 5:30 AM, the restaurant already had several tables of customers enjoying their meals.

You order directly from the staff, find a seat, and pay when the food is served. Besides the outdoor dining area, there’s also an indoor space that’s clean and quite cool. Near the entrance, there’s a station with sauces and shredded ginger for self-service.

The portion of the clear lamb soup is average, but the amount of lamb is generous. The soup has a nice flavor in the morning, warming the stomach and providing comfort. The lamb is sliced thinly; some pieces are chewy, while one or two are tender. Don’t forget to add the sauce and, most importantly, the shredded ginger. The crispy and slightly spicy ginger pairs perfectly with the lamb.
