Guosheng Port Lighthouse, located at Taiwan's westernmost point, is a lighthouse that constantly moves. Originally built in 1957, the lighthouse was swept into the sea due to typhoon-induced erosion of the sandbar. It was later relocated to its current site. However, annual typhoons and monsoons continue to affect the sandbar's shape, causing the lighthouse to shift and tilt. As a result, the managing authorities frequently carry out maintenance and repairs. Visitors to this site can find unique angles to capture stunning images of the horizon where the sea meets the sky, or photographs of the sand dunes that resemble a desert landscape. It's a fascinating experience.
