Biluo Tower is located in the middle section of Donghaitan Road, Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, close to Pigeon Nest Park. It is one of the iconic buildings on the coast of Beidaihe. Its unique conch shape and 21-meter-high tower make it a popular spot for tourists to take photos. The scenic area is surrounded by the sea on three sides. Climbing the tower, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the busy Qinhuangdao Port and the coastal scenery of Beidaihe.

1. **Architectural style**: Biluo Tower adopts a bionic design, with an appearance like an inverted conch. Inside, there is a spiral staircase, which displays marine life, terrestrial animals, and bird specimens on different floors, and is decorated with large wood carvings such as "Biluo Fairy" and "The Story of Liu Yi Delivering the Letter".
2. **Viewing experience**: Climb to the top of the tower to overlook the sea, beach, and panoramic view of Qinhuangdao Port, with a wide field of vision.
3. **Night activities**: The night view of the scenic spot is charming, with light shows, bonfire parties, and beach music parties, which are suitable for nighttime entertainment.
4. **Legend**: It is said that Biluo Tower is related to the legend of Qin Shihuang seeking immortality, adding a mysterious color.
