Vegetarian Restaurants in Taipei | Universe Fried Rice

[Space-themed vegan shop]
Meatless pan-fried buns are just as good. This space-themed vegan shop only sells vegetarian meat buns. In addition to original pan-fried buns, there are also corn soup buns. Yong Kong Street, a place where you can eat vegetarian snacks, is a convenient place for you to grab vegetarian snacks.

The shop is right across from Yongkang Park. The entrance is a little low-key, but easy to find. Whether you are dining in or dine-in, you must first order at the machine outside the door. It is quite convenient to pay with your Easy Card, almost like using Octopus in Hong Kong. Basically, there are two kinds of pan-fried buns and corn soup buns. You can also try both.

The yellow and white color scheme suits me very well, the raw pan-fried buns are not sure if they are freshly fried, and they don't feel the hot air boiling when they are served.

In terms of raw pan-fried buns, I think Hong Kong Solid Signal was once much tastier. The skin of this bun was not crispy enough, the soup was but not enough, and the taste did not leave an impression. The corn soup packet is quite cute, but it tastes rather dry. Overall more eat brands only.
