expensive

I like this place but the prices are really high. I would be interested to know how this is justified. For example, what is special about matcha? What is special about coffee or milk?

Or is it simply an overpriced product because it's hip at the moment? For the price, I also find the cashier a little slow and disoriented. All in all, this gives me a negative impression. The restaurant itself is really nice.
