Gade Sushi, Taipei Station Branch

This conveyor belt sushi restaurant is located on the upper floor of Beijing Station. You can take sushi directly from the conveyor belt, or order it individually using the flat plate in front of the table. There is a wide variety of sushi, including all common sushi, as well as many seasonal ingredients imported from Japan. The interior decoration of the store is very Japanese, and sauces and matcha powder are provided on the table for making tea.

I ordered a variety of sushi this time. The salmon was very tender and fatty, better than other conveyor belt sushi. The tuna also melted in the mouth. The scallop sushi also shows that it is high-quality scallops, and the chef’s craftsmanship is excellent. The vinegar rice also tastes very good. The miso soup was quite big and contained fish, which really surprised me. The drinks are a bit disappointing, there are no special drinks and the prices are high, but the shaved ice desserts are also quite delicious.

The overall price of Gade Sushi is not low, but the taste is better than that of sushi restaurants such as Sushiro. It is recommended for people with a budget to try it.
