Louis Vuitton limited edition Café😍

Louis Vuitton x Taïrroir 🤩
Walking into the first-floor atrium of BELLAVITA, I was immediately captivated by the striking Louis Vuitton golden petals and the warm, wood-toned dining area. The sun was gently pouring down at 11:30 AM – it must have been the best weather God had given me this month!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from the food at first; I just wanted to take some photos. But surprisingly, most of the food was delicious!

💡If you're looking to take photos of the coffee prints, order a latte or cappuccino! (The print is truly beautiful and photo-worthy 😍)
I ordered the Louis Vuitton Floral Blend Tea ($380/pot). The whole pot had a rich cinnamon aroma, which I absolutely loved! If I could buy tea bags, I'd absolutely buy them! 😆 But if you can't handle spices, you might want to avoid it for now! 🥲

Savory Sides
We ordered:
1. Snow Pepper Kofta Sandwich
2. Crab Meat, Avocado, Poached Egg, Kandy Cheese, and Croissant

The Snow Pepper Kofta Sandwich ($680/portion) was absolutely delicious! 👌🏼
It sounds like a sandwich, but it felt substantial. One portion alone would be enough to fill you up! The bread was toasted to a crisp, with a thin layer of cheese, and then stuffed with Emmental cheese slices, ham, and snow pepper! It was perfectly satisfying and completely worth the price!
As our first savory side dish, this was a fantastic choice! 😌

As for the second course, the "Crab Meat Kofta Sandwich" Avocado poached egg, Kandy cheese croissant ($880), "no taste & no taste & slightly fishy crab meat & croissant that can't be cut, tasteless and not crispy" I don't know what I ate the whole thing? My hands felt sore after eating it 😆 Not only was it unpalatable 👎🏼, it was also incredibly difficult to cut…
The table next to me even said, "The bread underneath this is really hard to cut???"
Anyway, avoid this dish if you can! 🥲
Luckily, there was a snow red croquette sandwich, and its deliciousness was enough to comfort me after my disappointment! ☺️

Dessert
I originally wanted to go for the "Louis Vuitton Jewelry Box" ($1580/set) which contained: one each of dacquoise, double grapefruit curd tart, chocolate tart, coulis, financier, and French fondant.
But after carefully examining the contents, I decided to go with a cake. After all, I don't like dacquoise, tarts, financier, or French fondant; five of the six items I dislike. 🥺
With the cakes, I had no such problem; I wanted to try every one of them. 😍😍
1. Four Seasons Spring Taiwanese Lemon, Fig, and Nantou Puli Vanilla Pod ($520)
2. Hualien Peeled Chili Peppers, Pingtung Neipu 70% Dark Chocolate, Valrhona 65% Kalinga Chocolate ($520)
3. Watermelon, Melon, Yogurt, Sangria ($520)
We chose two of the three.
Here, we'll just call them the fig cake and chocolate cake~
Although peeled chili peppers paired with chocolate sounds weird, in the world of chocolate cakes, Valrhona chocolate is a sure thing 😍
~It's definitely my favorite chocolate flavor, bittersweet without being overly sweet! I keep eating it, it's so delicious, I can finish half a piece in no time 😋 Occasionally, I can actually taste the peeled chili peppers (similar to how you get fruit chunks in jam). The combination of sweet and savory flavors, along with a subtle hint of spiciness that didn't overpower the overall flavor, was surprisingly harmonious! (Today, there were a lot of savory and sweet, Chinese and Western, all perfectly balanced!)
The fig cake, by comparison, was a bit lighter, with a subtle lemon aroma, a hint of fig, and a slightly milky texture. The outer layer had a parfait-like texture (something between ice cream and mousse), while the inner layer was filled with a sweet fig jam. It was refreshing and delicious. (I recommend eating the figs first, then the chocolate!)
I have to say, I really wanted to try the watermelon cake! But my wallet was stretched thin, so I had to give it a miss.
