[Taipei hideaway restaurant] A Taipei resort to escape from the everyday

This place is like a miniature version of the forest described by Hayao Miyazaki, peaceful and mysterious. Surrounded by trees, there are cute stone statues of raccoons, pandas, cats, etc., covered with moss, adding some traces of natural time. There are not many tourists, making this small world seem even more quiet and simple. The most special one is the Maokong Pothole - the strange stones are covered with holes of different sizes, which are as interesting and cute as an animation scene.
There is also a small pothole suspension bridge here, which can only accommodate one person and can carry up to three people. Although the suspension bridge is short, it is unique and you can easily reach the other side in a few steps.
The trail after crossing the bridge extends to one side, but it seems to lead nowhere else. The further you go, the muddier the road becomes and the denser the plants become, almost covering the entire path.
Overall, this is a small and lovely secret place, full of nature and fantasy. We walked along the camphor tree trail and had to go down a long flight of stairs to reach this beautiful corner hidden in the forest.
