Today I came to Yongkang Street in Taipei and explored a dessert shop called "Baishui Tofu Pudding". The signature dish here is tofu pudding, and the menu is full of various tofu pudding desserts, which is really interesting and special! I chose a bowl of tofu pudding with maltose, peanuts and grass jelly. This icy combination really amazed the taste buds. Tofu pudding paired with grass jelly, malted peanuts and crushed ice brings out the best taste and flavor! This bowl of delicious tofu pudding is only NT$85, which is a really good price.

The store has limited seats, so when there are a lot of people, you may have to wait for a while before getting a seat, but the dining turnover rate is fast, so I believe the waiting time will not be too long.
