"Beautiful Garden", a Taiwanese Japanese restaurant with over 70 years of history, a must-visit restaurant in Ximending/super thick-cut sashimi

"Beautiful Garden", founded in 1946, is a very historical Japanese restaurant. Passed down by the second generation, the two restaurants on Emei Street are run by two brothers respectively, with slightly different tastes and dishes. The two restaurants are diagonally across from each other. Together with the Big Wheel Sushi, they are the most popular representatives of Japanese cuisine in Ximending Plaza.

The menu is very rich, ranging from sashimi, hand rolls, nigiri sushi, udon, rice bowls, fried noodles, and fried rice... It is a relatively traditional Taiwanese-style Japanese cuisine. There are a total of more than 80 dishes for you to choose from, ensuring that you won't be able to finish them all for several rounds. However, the cooking methods of "Beautiful Garden" are quite different from those of higher-end Japanese food or Japanese food in izakayas.
